Bridge Engineering with Midas Civil

Description

Get the ability to perform better than ever before with a training program designed to upskill engineering professionals in the bridge design sector using Midas Civil, the world's leading bridge technical study tool. Most countries, particularly poor and developing states, struggle to find engineers who can confidently study hefty structures like bridges. This has prompted us to develop this professional training course in order to upskill interested engineers to the highest level of competency in delivering bridge structure studies.

This training course is designed specifically to improve the skills of people who work in bridge design and construction. Trainees will gain advanced level skills through our uniquely structured training, Midas Civil is a bridge analysis and design software that uses Finite Element Analysis. It combines powerful pre- and post-processing features with a lightning-fast solver to make bridge modeling and analysis simple, fast, and effective. Furthermore, there are several simple parameter modification tools available that can be used for parametric analysis, leading to optimized and cost-effective design.

The course will consist of practical exercises and assignments, but the ultimate goal is for our trainees to be able to deliver a technical design study of box culvert and RC slab bridge projects. The entire workflow will be based on Eurocode 2 as well as the most recent BS5400-2 standard from Great Britain.

By the end of this training, you will have learned the necessary tips for using Midas Civil, as well as specific features within the software that will assist you in completing your bridge design project with precise and effective construction documents for all concepts with standard bridge types and structural detailing will be drawn using AutoCAD software.

Furthermore, as this course is accredited by Midas, all trainees who will join and successfully complete it will be awarded a Midas-authorized certificate. Also, keep in mind that this course will be supported by a variety of free webinars and online training events designed to keep our trainees sharp and with a complete project delivery package.

As a result, we encourage our trainees to follow us and subscribe to our online platforms so that they do not miss any of our upcoming bridge design training events that are designed to supplement this course.
