Facilitator

Tejeshkumar Bagul is a professional engineer who holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering with honors from the University of Texas at Arlington in the United States. As a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E) in the state of California, EIT in the Texas Board of Professional Engineers, and Licensed Chartered Engineer in the Institution of Engineers India, his professional expertise is registered by different world's renowned professional organisations.

He worked as a mechanical design engineer at Integral Group, Inc. in Oakland, California for almost two years until becoming general manager in charge of engineering at Analemma Group in Texas in February 2020. His areas of expertise include Thermal Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Reliability Engineering, and Machine Design, with a mastery of technological tools such as Deltek, Vision, AutoCAD, REVIT, and Trane Trace, to mention a few.

Tejesh is trusted by world-leading industry bodies, particularly in the United States and India, as evidenced by honors he has received from the American Society of Heating, Air-Conditioning, and Refrigeration Engineers (ASHRAE) since 2014. He began as a Vice-President of ASHRAE at the University of Texas at Arlington for master students in 2013, moved on to become the Technology Transfer Committee Chair of ASHRAE for the Pune Chapter in 2020, and is now the secretary of the American Society of Heating, Air-Conditioning, and Refrigeration Engineers (ASHRAE) Pune chapter, a position he has held since 2022.
